Hossein Ali Norouzi said in an interview with IRNA on Wednesday: “Given the importance of people’s health, hookah vending vehicles were also stopped.” He said: “In addition, during the mentioned period, 39,260 health cards and 2,313 health education certificates have been issued to craftsmen in this province.” He added: “2,323 health qualification cards have been issued in the first nine months of this year by the Environmental Health Center of the University of Medical Sciences of this province.” The director of the Environmental Health Center of the University of Medical Sciences of Hamadan Province added: “In addition to periodic and intrusive inspections, the experts of this center respond to public demands and requests.” Norouzi added: “Environmental health experts responded to and investigated 342 public health complaints and reports.” According to IRNA, in the first nine months of this year, the operators of 2,411 violating units in Hamadan Province were introduced to the judicial authority, and 321 units were sealed by order of the judicial authority.”
